Adult Choir
Nashirah: the Adult Choir of
Temple Sinai has been in existence for about 7 years. It was
created to allow Temple Sinai who like to sing to have a chance
to express their love for Judaism and God through the gift of
song and music. Members of Nashira come from all walks of life,
and most cannot read music. That's okay in this group.
Each rehearsal your director will
walk you through the notes and the music, and will make a CD of
your part for you if necessary. We sing Jewish music, both
secular and religious.
Nashira
will be enhancing 5 to 6 of our Shabbat services each year. and
will also perform at our Chanukah and Purim services. We
occasionally perform outside the Temple. Please check future
bulletins for the exact dates and times. The choir will be
rehearsing on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9:00 p.m. Please join
